KEEP IT FRESH
Our specially designed bags and ice packs will keep your meals cool for up-to 6 hours depending on the surrounding temperature. We recommend that you move the meals into a fridge at your earliest convenience to ensure that they stay delicious and fresh! You can also freeze the ice packs and use them later in the day.
HEAT IT UP
Follow the instructions on your meal lid and microwave your food no less then stated. Don’t have a microwave? You can cook your meals in the oven in an oven safe plate or an air fryer. Please ensure that your meal is thoroughly heated before eating .

We require 2 business days to make any changes to your plan.
We require two full days notice for any changes to your arranged meal plan. This includes changing your food order, delivery address change, freezing or cancelling your plan. This may result in a lost day if not followed.
Please leave your empty bags with ice packs outside your door each evening to be collected the following day.
AT THE END OF YOUR PLAN
When your plan ends please let us know if you do not wish to continue with your plan and we can arrange the collection of your cool bag and ice packs. We will deduct 25 AED in the event of your cool bags not being available when our driver comes, please call or whatsapp +971527750428 or email email@example.com to
arrange pick up and avoid this charge.
This will be refunded via the card that you made your payment with at the end of your plan after returning your bag and ice packs. This is usually within 5 working days.
As this is a meal-delivery service, no refunds are permitted for products purchased through this website.
Plans can be put on hold at the discretion of Fitness Feedz. Any Cancellations and/or refunds can only be given by exception so long as it is granted by Fitness Feedz with payment sent back to the customer within ten working days, via the same mode of payment originally executed. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Cancellations can only be made exceptionally once approved by Fitness Feedz within 24 hours of order placement and payment will be refunded via the original mode of payment. This process could take up to 30 days.
